3M 2096, P100 Particulate Filter is NIOSH approved for use in environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles, this filter is designed for use with 3M 5000 Series respirators, 3M 6000 Series cartridges, or with the 3M Filter Adapter 603 and Filter Retainer 501. When properly fitted and paired with appropriate cartridges, it is suitable for a variety of applications such as spray painting, lacquering, petrochemical and chemical manufacturing, pesticide spraying, and agricultural work.

These particulate filters are both flame and water resistant. They are easy to install. Plus, 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series are compatible with 3M™ Half Facepieces 6000, 6500/6500QL and 7500 Series, and Full Facepieces 6000, FF-400 and 7800 Series, thus helping to reduce inventory needs.
