3M™ 5N11 Bayonet Particulate Prefilters are used to add particulate protection to 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapor Cartridges. Replaceable for cost savings: these particulate filters are designed to be easily replaced for a cost-effective solution without changing out your cartridges. Use 3M™ Bayonet Particulate Prefilters with 3M™ Gas & Vapor Cartridges and the 3M™ Filter Retainer 501 to help filter certain particulates including dusts and mists. Or, use these filters with 3M™ Filter Adapter 603 and the 3M™ Filter Retainer 501 to help reduce particulate exposures only.

3M 5N11 Particulate Filter
3M™ Particulate Filters 5000 Series are NIOSH-approved as either N95 or P95 particulate filters and help provide respiratory protection in environments containing certain oil (P95) and non-oil (N95) based particulates when used with 3M™ Half and Full facepieces and additional accessories.
These filters help provide respiratory protection from particulate contaminant concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and 50 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or require the use of a filter approved to 100 level filter efficiency (N100 to P100).
